Maracas, St. Joseph Recreation Ground – Saran Sampath Limited (2008 – 2009 Construction of pavilion and Drainage works)
Green Vale Park, La Horquetta – Trinity Housing (2009–2011): Executed drainage works, constructed road crossings, and built both townhouses and single-family units.
Mayo – Seereeram Brothers Limited (2010): Completed road rehabilitation and drainage infrastructure improvements.
e TecK Park, Wallerfield – Seereeram Brothers Limited (2010–2011): Installed T&TEC electrical pull boxes as part of site infrastructure works.
El Socorro South Main Road – Seereeram Brothers Limited (2010): Delivered drainage upgrades, constructed road crossings, and built new sidewalks.
Bamboo #1 – Seereeram Brothers Limited (2012): Executed comprehensive drainage improvement works.
Caliann Trace, Las Lomas #1 – Seereeram Brothers Limited (2012): Carried out drainage construction and road rehabilitation.
Warner Village – Seereeram Brothers Limited (2012): Completed major drainage and road rehabilitation works.
Waterloo – Seereeram Brothers Limited (2012): Constructed drainage systems and new pedestrian sidewalks.
Residential Projects (2008–2025): Designed and constructed complete residential developments and apartment buildings across Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, and Grenada.
Picton Booster Station – Water & Sewerage Authority (2013): Constructed the Picton Booster Station to enhance water distribution capacity.
Le Platte Booster Station – Water & Sewerage Authority (2013): Executed civil and structural works for the Le Platte Booster Station.
St. Ann’s Booster Station – Water & Sewerage Authority (2013): Delivered the full construction and installation of the St. Ann’s Booster Station facility.
Mandalay Gardens Development (2013): Built a reinforced concrete drainage sump for the housing development.
IRP Fire & Safety: Completed multiple projects including a training facility and warehouse construction.
Carenage Fish-Fry Facility (2020): Constructed a purpose-built community fish-fry facility in Carenage.
Tobago House Renovations (2021): Executed interior and structural renovation works for residential properties in Tobago.
RGM Projects: Delivered commercial construction and renovation works for RGM.
