Carenage Fish Fry Facility

PDC successfully executed the construction of “The Fish Fry” facility at Carenage Main Road—an UDeCOTT project for the Ministry of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries—featuring 14 vendor booths, a central dining courtyard, performance pavilion, landscaped park, and full utility infrastructure that now serves as a vibrant community hub for food, entertainment, and leisure.
